Data Retention Statement

Creative Design Software, LLC (“CDS, LLC”) keeps information in AmountSync only as long as it is needed to provide the service, and then deletes it. In short:

• Your products and prices are kept while your account is open, so you can see their history, and are deleted within 60 days after the account closes.
• Your account details — name, email, sign-in methods — are kept while the account is open and deleted with it.
• Security and server logs are kept for 7 to 90 days, depending on the log, then deleted automatically.
• Backups held by our database provider expire after 7 days.
• Service emails held by our email provider expire after 45 days.
• Nothing is sold, and nothing is kept indefinitely.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, at any time — see Account Deletion. Where a law requires us to keep something longer, we keep only that, only for as long as required.
